Hot- air balloon flights are an additional tourist offer at the Jelenov greben, which have been offered to our guests for the last three years. We have our own balloon for four persons (3+1), which is mainly used to promote our household and Atomske toplice.
We also perform panoramic flights all over Europe. We take part in state and European competitions and we have been very successful so far.
Ballooning can be a great experience for everyone. Therefore we are glad to inform you about some information.
HOW ARE THE FLIGHTS ORGANIZED?
We meet at an arranged time and place. After a short consultation we drive by car to the place of our lift-off. The balloon is ready for the flight in 15 minutes. The lift-off is gentle and in just a few minutes you will be flying in the sky. We will fly about 50 minutes at the altitude between 50 and 500 meters. After a smooth landing we will wait for our teem, of course with a glass of champagne in our hands. Such nice adventure will take around three to four hours.
WHEN CAN WE FLY?
We organize balloon flights all year around from one hour after the sunrise to two hours before the sunset, except when strong winds and rainfalls stop us. The final decision about the flight is in the hands of the pilot, who decides about it at the place of take-off. The safe and pleasant flight is our main concern and we will try to find a new day if something prevents us from ballooning.
WHO CAN FLY?
Everyone between the ages from 12 to 90, who is able to climb into the basket and stand in it for an hour. Children under 12 can fly with the pilot's permission only. If the passenger has any health problems or takes any medicines, he has to inform the pilot about it.
CLOTHES FOR FLIGHT?
We recommend comfortable and casual clothes. Comfortable and waterproof shoes and a jacket are also recommended.
WHAT ABOUT THE CAMERA?
You can take all smaller cameras into the basket at your own risk. But you must protect them while landing at the pilot's request.

After our flight you will get a special certificate in person or by mail which will prove that you have ballooned.
SAFETY?
Flying with a hot - air balloon is the safest way of flying. Generally, the passengers in the balloon basket are in smaller danger than pedestrians crossing a street.
