Jelenov greben \u00e8 un'azienda a conduzione familiare della famiglia Je\u017eovnik.<\/p>

Alla fattoria Jelenov greben, che si trova solo poche decine di metri sopra il monastero di Olimje con la famosa terza farmacia pi\u00f9 antica d'Europa, da molti anni si aggiunge un'offerta turistica variegata.<\/p>

Per prima cosa, daini e mufloni corrono verso di voi, ma se un po' esitano, il loro padrone li chiama con un nome affettuoso: "Pika, Piki...", e ricevono in premio del mais.\u00a0<\/p>

A Olimje, dove oggi si scrive la storia di un'azienda familiare di successo, circa trent'anni fa c'era una fattoria con mucche e un piccolo vigneto. All'epoca, il diciottenne Borut Je\u017eovnik eredit\u00f2 la fattoria dal nonno Ivan Amon. A causa delle ampie superfici erbose, Borut vendette il bestiame e lui e sua moglie Asuna acquistarono i primi daini dalle isole Brioni per farli pascolare nelle aree non adatte alla lavorazione meccanica.<\/span><\/p>

Molti ricordano gli inizi di Jelenov greben come la coltivazione di funghi, conserve e compost. Lentamente ma costantemente, il commercio di prodotti locali \u00e8 cresciuto, tanto che oggi siamo riconoscibili in molti luoghi.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Su richiesta degli ospiti di passaggio, abbiamo iniziato a preparare i funghi che coltivavamo per la degustazione. Cos\u00ec, dove un tempo si trovava la stalla, abbiamo costruito una taverna. Oggi, qui si trovano un ristorante e un bar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Il ristorante \u00e8 famoso per le sue eccellenti specialit\u00e0 a base di selvaggina e funghi, arricchite da sapori tradizionali sloveni e novit\u00e0. Il ristorante al piano terra \u00e8 completato da una caffetteria con una vasta offerta di succhi di frutta fatti in casa, grappe artigianali, dessert e gelati, preparati quotidianamente nella nostra pasticceria.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Nel 2021 abbiamo aperto ai visitatori il nuovo Centro Turistico Piki, dove \u00e8 possibile ammirare attraverso le finestre la produzione di prodotti fatti in casa della \u017eganjekuha, un laboratorio CNC per la lavorazione del legno, una cucina per biscotti e marmellate, un laboratorio di taglio e incisione laser, una sala di confezionamento per prodotti fatti in casa, un laboratorio di ceramica, un essiccatoio per salumi, una linea di riempimento per succhi di frutta fatti in casa e una spina per il miele. Il tour circolare si conclude in una sala degustazione con degustazione e un negozio di prelibatezze fatte in casa.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nel 2024 abbiamo inaugurato le nuove camere Jelen nel cuore della nostra fattoria, caratterizzate da un tocco di familiarit\u00e0 e calore.\u00a0<\/span>Sono arredate con materiali naturali, tonalit\u00e0 calde e tecnologie di ventilazione all'avanguardia. Fin dall'inizio di Jelenov greben abbiamo avuto un negozio chiamato "Pri mami" con prodotti fatti in casa: salumi, marmellate fatte in casa, biscotti, grappe, succhi di frutta, prodotti in ceramica, prodotti incisi al laser, frutta secca e noci, miele, aceto di mele, ecc.\u00a0<\/p>
