WHERE DOES THE NAME COME FROM?
The wine shop is dedicated to our great-grandfather Ivan Amon, who left his mark on our area with his passion for producing fine wine. As a sign of gratitude, we named the wine shop after him. Old manThe name commemorates the man who taught us to appreciate tradition, hard work, the nature in which we live, and inspired us to carry this heritage forward.
Our wine shop offers wines from more than 20 renowned Slovenian winemakers, who have received numerous awards both at home and abroad. The carefully selected selection of wines reflects the richness of Slovenian wine-growing regions, top quality and dedication.

WINE TASTING
In our wine shop, we can arrange wine tastings for larger groups by prior arrangement.
We offer three different tastings, designed according to the wine-growing region. Each tasting presents selected wines from each region, its typical varieties and the special features created by the climate, soil and production tradition.
Tastings are an excellent choice for private parties, business meetings, celebrations, or just a pleasant get-together over a glass of top-quality wine.
